Salas & Yolen Children's Authors: If you haven't been following children's author David L Harrison's blog you are missing a very informative place to be. He continues to have other important authors & illustrator as guest on his blog. Today, Laura Salas, was the guest sharing her insight of being a writer. Also, Jane Yolen commented as she does some days. You never know who you will speak with and learn from. On the Adult Poem of the Month department, David present a monthly word and readers create a poem using that word. This month the word is "road." At the end of the month readers vote for their favorite poem. Children poets have their department to enter a poem. Each of poets involved comment on each other poems. wants to collect her books. The author is Mary Pope Osborne.
